Uranium American Resources, Inc. (formerly Tonogold Resources, Inc.) has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the issued shares of JAG Minerals Pty Ltd, which owns 100% interest in JAG Minerals USA Inc (“JAG US”). JAG US holds the Marysvale (hardrock uranium/vanadium), SKY Project (in-situ uranium) and Stateline (13 historic vanadium and uranium mines) across Utah, Wyoming and Colorado.
